Your tasks:

In this key role, you will ensure smooth practice operations and support both consultations and administrative processes. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will provide excellent care and ensure they feel well looked after.

  • Consultation hours care and patient management: Providing patient care during consultation, assisting with medical history documentation, preparing treatment rooms, supporting examinations and coordinating follow-up of care.
  • Documentation and billing: Assisting with treatment documentation, maintaining patient records, preparing billing documents, and collaborating closely with the practice manager.
